What started as a redesign of our own overland van quickly turned into others wanting us to help them with their build.
Some of our clients trust us to fabricate our bespoke bent aluminum and bamboo cabinetry only, while others choose to have us facilitate the entire full build process from design to completion. Almost all are after the same thing we were in our first van - Freedom.

DESIGN
Z2Overland offers a technical expertise and design aesthetic that is unrivaled in the industry, because we envision, design, and build your perfect overland adventurevan to match your needs, not just because its fast/easy.
The architectural elegance of our designs maximize livability using minimal space. The Z2O streamlined curves create comfortable and beautiful small-space living.
CONSTRUCTION
We use only the finest materials and best methods to ensure your components will withstand the tests of vanlife. Z2O cabinets are built with a rugged yet lightweight aluminum exoskeleton and eco-friendly bamboo that is both durable and beautiful.
You won't find veneers, laminates, or particle board in the rugged Z2O campervan interior. All of our components are bespoke, marine grade, maker-quality, eco-friendly and our systems are top of the
line and built to last.
MODULAR
We design and construct our interior components for ultimate flexibility. Each Z2O campervan interior component can be removed with only a few bolts to convert back to a work van during the week, to reconfigure the layout as needed or to eventually change/update your interior. We believe your van should be able to change as your needs or lifestyle change.
Most campervans have to be sold to make even the slightest change or addition “behind the walls”.
We engineer and build our systems to be easily accessible and have helped clients “renovate” their van as their needs change or the family grows rather than having to start over.
TESTED
Z2O doesn’t just supply campervan conversions for our clients. We have lived the vanlife. Not part-time or on weekends, but full-time. We used those years to design, build, live in, test, and refine our components and processes and have adapted our designs countless times to adapt to the realities of vanlife.
